Decision makers
The Scholarships will be awarded by the University of Auckland
Council upon the recommendation of a Selection Committee comprising the Dean
of the University of Auckland Business School (or nominee), the Director of the
University of Auckland Business Schools PhD programme and one other professor
from the Business School from a discipline area different from that of the
Director of the PhD programme. The Donor will have the right to nominate a
representative if the Donor so chooses.
How and when do students learn of the decision?
Approximately six weeks after the closing date by letter or

What conditions are attached to acceptance of
this award?
To comply with the full-time study requirement, the amount of
additional and paid work a Scholar may undertake either inside or outside the
University shall not exceed a total of 500 hours per year.

International Students in Switzerland, 2014
The Dr. Eduard Gübelin Association for Research & Identification of
Precious Stones is offering research scholarship for MSc/PhD students or
postdoctoral researchers. Applications are welcome from eligible individuals of
any nationality. This is an annual grant to be allocated to an innovative
research project in the field of gemmology. The overall annual value of the

1924.
The annual Dr. Eduard Gübelin Research Scholarship will support a
cutting-edge research project in the field of gemmology in the broadest sense.
The scholarship will be granted once a year to a scientist for a proposed research
project. Depending on the type of project, the research might involve
collaboration with the Gübelin Gem Lab.

Decision makers

The Donor will have the right to nominate a representative if the Donor so chooses.
